We answer emails in a maximum of 12 hours, 48 if you write during closing time. We are present in the store during normal opening hours, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Orders can be placed either as a registered user or as a guest, we recommend registering to avoid re-entering your details each time. You can browse the products from the horizontal menu, from the vertical one on the left of the page, or by using a search from the box at the top right. Once you have found the item you want, click on "PUT IN THE CART" and change the quantity if necessary.

We sell on different sites and platforms, so it is possible that the product you ordered is not available at the moment, because ordered and sold out by another purchase. In the event that orders arrive at the same time from different platforms, exclusive priority is given to purchases via this site https://www.speedyebike.com and if the item you ordered is temporarily unavailable we will immediately refund the purchase, unless you indicate otherwise (waiting article or replacement with another).

Your cart, at the top right, lists the items you are bringing to the cash desk but does not oblige you to purchase, you can change your cart as many times as you want until you click on BUY and proceed with the purchase. All order information is sent to the e-mail address you provided, and you can view the history and details of your orders on your Account page: https://www.speedyebike.com

As proof of purchase we always and exclusively provide an accompanying invoice which you will receive in electronic and paper format together with your articles.
Orders can have three states:

  1. Waiting for: orders correctly entered and received, waiting for the payment to be credited (only for the advanced transfer, for all other payments the order is immediately processed).
  2. To be completed: orders correctly entered and received, the items are taken from our warehouse and subject to quality control.
  3.  Shipped: payment received, items taken from the warehouse, shipment entrusted to the courier.

For the ebike category the order processing times are 30 working days, for all other items of the site where available the delivery will be entrusted to the courier within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

All items are in Euro (€), including 22% VAT.

We deliver throughout Italy with express courier.

The shipping of bicycles in Italy is free, if the product is available, are 48 hours from the order.

Once you have entered the products you wish to buy into the cart, you will be able to calculate WITHOUT COMMITMENT the shipping cost you are going to face.

If you are entitled to free shipping and order fulfillment you will be offered, the courier who has just taken charge of the packages will contact the customer directly, providing the tracking code and the courier's internet address via SMS E-MAIL. It is essential for this purpose to provide us with a mobile phone number.

All products are covered by a 12/24-month manufacturer's warranty if they are in possession of a document proving the purchase, which we regularly supply. The Guarantee provides that the consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the defective good by his choice; repair or replacement with a similar asset, or, if this is not possible, an adequate price reduction or termination of the contract.

However, the choice is not permitted if the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively onerous compared to the other (for example, the remedy is impossible if the repair of the good is requested but there are no longer any spare parts for that good; it is excessively onerous if you choose to replace the defective good with a new one when a minimum intervention would be enough to restore conformity to the good).

The purchaser may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedures set forth in Legislative Decree 206/2005 of 22 May 1999, by sending an e-mail with his data and the order number for which a return request is made.

The return must take place within thirty (14) days from receipt of the goods, the item must be in its original packaging, and the shipping is at the buyer's expense.
If, on the other hand, you want to replace the product, for example to choose another size or variant, we provide the delivery service with simultaneous collection of your package to be returned, thus saving you further delivery.

For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the products not for purposes related to his professional activity) the territorial competence it is mandatory for the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy (Art. 63 Legislative Decree 205/2006).

The personal data provided by the user in relation to the use of this portal are processed in accordance with the EU Global Data Protection Rules (GDPR) n. 679/2016  containing the "Code regarding the protection of personal data".
