This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of HOUSE SRL an Italian company located in Naples, Italy on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

For the sake of brevity, ‘HOUSE SRL’ will be referred to as ‘HOUSE’ in this document.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information our customers may process when using our services.

Privacy and security are of utmost importance to HOUSE and we strive to ensure that our technical and organizational measures in place respect your data protection rights.

HOUSE will NOT send you any unsolicited information, including emails, except as mentioned hereby.

New customers will receive a welcome email containing information about how to access the profile account that users can access to:

  • Modify, change or delete wire news subscribed channels

By registering on our newsletter, the subscriber’s email address will be added to the sole specific newsletter list and will receive email messages containing information about our commercial or promotional offers. You will be always in control to decide which newsletter you want to be, delete some or fully. You are in control of what you want to receive from us.

We use our own contact form module (not external third party)

By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes our contact module to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s input fields.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network.

This type of service analyzes the traffic of Speedy Contact form module, potentially containing Users’ Personal Data, with the purpose of filtering it from parts of traffic, messages and content that are recognized as SPAM.

Google reCAPTCHA is a SPAM protection service provided by Google Inc. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google privacy policy and terms of use.

This type of service allows interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of Speedy TV Portal.

The interaction and information obtained through this Application are always subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network. This type of service might still collect traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.

The Facebook Like or Share button and social widgets are services allowing interaction with the Facebook social network provided by Facebook, Inc.

Your data will be encrypted for data security protection and recorded in our database for ten (10) years. After the above time, we will send you a formal notice via email where you can decide if to continue or not to keep your data with us.

In the event you may have lost your credential access, you can use our recovery tools that will send you automatically your USER ID and password to your registered email.

Data Retention and Erasure

We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations.
